How To Track SBI Debit Card Delivery Status Online

Learn how to check the status of your SBI ATM Card delivery online. SBI will deliver the ATM/Debit card via Speed Post in 7 -10 working days when you move to a new SBI ATM Card online or file the SBI ATM Card Form in your Branch.

You may check the status of your SBI ATM/Debit card delivery by going to the SBI ATM Card Tracking Website.

To receive Speed Post No (Consignment Number) via SMS post-SBI ATM Card Online Apply, you could follow SBI ATM Card dispatch data (or the Offline Application via the Branch).

When you have an online SBI account, you may enrol for the New SBI ATM Card without visiting your local bank.

Do not worry when you don’t have an Internet SBI Internet Banking Account, do not worry. You could apply and activate your account without going to your local Branch.

You could block the SBI ATM card and apply for a new ATM card online if it is lost, stolen, or if you wish to update your ATM card.

SBI shall send you the ATM Card via Speed Post once you obtain a new SBI ATM Card online or in a branch by completing the SBI ATM Card Form. Once the ATM card has been shipped, they will give you an SMS with the courier details, including the tracking number.

The following is an example of an SMS message:

“Your SBI Debit Card with the last four digits xxxx was dispatched on April 26th, 2018, via Speed No. EB4549xxx53IN. To create your PIN, please follow the instructions on the welcome letter.”

The Courier company’s information can be found in the SMS. You can track the progress of your ATM Card when a separate courier company is sending it.

If you have not got an SMS with a tracking number, please contact SBI Customer Care at 1800 425 3800. They will assist you in obtaining a tracking number.

Otherwise, you must call your home branch to obtain the delivery status and the tracking number for your ATM card.

Step 1: Go to https://www.indiapost.gov.in/ and scroll down to the Consignment Tracking page (Track N Trace).

Step 2: Submit the Speed Post Number (Consignment Number) sent to you through SMS, followed by the verification code.

Step 3: Select ‘Track Now’ from the drop-down menu

You would now be led to a page that contains your SBI ATM card dispatch information.

Here you may check the status of your SBI Debit card delivery (current location and projected delivery date).

After receiving your SBI ATM Card, you can activate it online without visiting your local Branch.

SBI ATM Card Status Enquiry via SBI Online

When you have an active internet SBI (Net Banking) account and want to update the condition of the SBI ATM Card application, you can do so online.

Follow the instructions below:

Step 1: Use the SBI internet banking account to log into your SBI net banking account. Password and Username

Step 2: Select e-Services Menu but then ATM Card Services from the drop-down menu.

Step 2: Select ‘Request ATM/Debit Card’ from the drop-down menu.

Step 3: You’ll now see a screen with two tabs. Application and Inquiry

Select the Enquiry tab. Next, from the list below, pick the account number provided at the time of the debit card application, followed by the ATM card application month.

It’s worth noting that the date limit for card enquiry status ought to be 6 months from now.

After that, press the Submit button.

You’ll now be taken to a page where you may check the progress of the SBI ATM Card Application.

If you are unable to locate the state of the SBI ATM card or the application was submitted more than six months ago, you could apply for a new ATM card here.

Check that the address you entered is correct. Go to the ‘Profile’ option on the left and select My Profile to double-check the address. Within 14 days, you will receive a replacement ATM card via fast post.

Your address could be found there. Whenever you established the bank account, you were provided with these details. So, when your address has changed, go to the Branch and seek an address change.

Once you’ve updated the address, you can apply for a new ATM card.

To track the status of your SBI ATM Card, follow the instructions below:

Step 1: Write down the tracking number you received by SMS, then go to https://www.indiapost.gov.in and look for the Consignment Tracking page (Track N Trace) on the main page.

Step 2: Input the Speed Post Number (Consignment Number) sent to you through SMS, followed by the verification code.

Step 3: Select ‘Track Now’ from the drop-down menu. You would now be led to a page that contains your SBI ATM card dispatch information.

When you have applied for a new SBI ATM card, the Debit card will be sent to you by Speed Post within 7 to 10 business days.
